Sorry for the lack of posts this week-- I got a mildly traumatic haircut on Wednesday. I walked in wanting just a couple inches and walked out with a chin length do. I drank an entire bottle of wine last night... and possibly the night before. I don't think I've had hair this short since middle school.
Have any of you had to go back to your hairdresser to fix a bad cut? How did you handle it?

Oh nooo. Bad haircuts are the worst. I handled mine by studiously avoiding anyone with scissors for about 3 years. No joke. But that's probably not helping, is it? Ummm TP your stylist's house!! But pretty clips and barrettes! Drink more wine! ;)
when i opened your blog befor reading the post and seeing the pic..i died laughing..
last haircut i got in bulgaria the woman actually said "uh-oh" while cutting it!!!
I tried to fix it some at home, made it worse, and am now waiting until i get home to the states to cut it again. soo that's another 6 months of rag-tastic. :(
The best news is, it will grow! The same thing happened to me last month, and it's already growing out to a much more "me"-looking length. Hang in there!!!
Are you kidding??? Particularly stay away from some ill recommended hair place next to Whole Foods and a young girl by the front window at Moxie. And, I handled both situations pretty much the same way you are. Lots of tears and a do over. I also suggest New Chapter Prenatal vitamins for some expedited regrowth a la Gwyneth Paltrow...XXOO
