The Agony and the Ecstacy

... of drinking champagne.   And going out for practically one week straight.   Maybe more.   My online bank statement is hilarious and moderately terrifying.   However, a friend just forwarded me this article and I'm hoping it's 100% true.   I'm also 100% going to the gym tomorrow morning.   And again in the afternoon.

So, let's recap.  What did you think about the Oscars?  Honestly, I wasn't that impressed.   I usually love blogging about the red carpet, but I really wasn't feeling it.  What did you think?  My favorite of the night was definitely Maggie Gyllenhaal and that super sick bracelet.

A close second was Kate Bosworth.   This dress may be the most beautiful shade of red I've ever seen.

Third fav?  Yeah, I'll admit it.  Miley Cyrus.  I loved her dress, hair, the whole thing.  I really hope she can hang in there and not go all Britney-crazy before she puts out a few more "Party in the USA"-esque gems.

In other news, my "fashion friend" is busy in Paris and texted me this photo from the Chanel show today.

It looks like "The Situation" and Pauly D took a wrong turn and ended up in on the Arctic Shore.   If a guy walked up to me in a bar wearing this get-up I'd pee in my pants.  Straight up.

What did you think of the Oscars?   What do you think about dudes dressed at Chewey?

My personal favorite was Rachel Mcadams, but I do agree that there was nothing too special to talk about.

I loved Queen Latifah's dress--fit her perfectly too.

It's so good Pauly D & The Sitch are still doing so well! OMG You're funny. *fist pump*

Miley Cyrus looks too dang old. I thought that was Hilary Duff looking old. Not that that's any better. Sandra Bullock was my favorite. And Zoe Saldana's shoes were gorg.

Maggie G was a definite fav - she always wears the coolest jewelry. And, although controversial, SJP was my FAVORITE. I loved everything about her look, from the haute couture chanel dress to the layers of bangles and the talon ring. Fab!

Ok I am late on commenting, but I thought that Kristen Stewart's dress was awesome, even though she seems awkward to the maxx. And Det. Olivia Benson looked really great, too. Dung dung (l&o chimes sound)
Also love the full-body bigfoot suits. So so funny.
